SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
ABOUT PRICES AND PAYMENTS
Your order is an offer to purchase Online Course Services from us. The Online Course Service will be made available to you immediately once your full payment has been authorized by us. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make authorized payment for the Online Course Service. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the Online Course Service to you without giving any reason.
Registration fees are only for an individual participant to enroll in a particular online course, webinar, meeting, event or consultation.
Fees are non-transferable to another course / event or to another participant.
The fee for the Online Course Service is calculated and payable in advance before the enrollment of the course on wushantcm.com.
Wushan TCM / Administrator Tim Vukan has no obligation to provide the Online Course Service until the fee has been paid.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SECTION 7 – ONLINE COURSE ACCESS
Access to an Online Course is granted to you immediately upon successful completion of payment on our website. An invoice receipt will be automatically emailed to you upon successful completion of payment.
Access to our Online Services is granted solely to the individual who made the purchase. Please note that transferring or sharing of your login details with others is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of your online account.
Once you purchased an Online Course, Live Meeting, Webinar or Online Consultation, access to Online Course Services does not expire and will remain accessible to the enrolled participant indefinitely or for as long as Wushan TCM continues to conduct business and maintains the service of wushantcm.com.
Wushan TCM / Administrator Tim Vukan reserves the right to remove any participant from any course without refund should that participant violate the above written Terms and Conditions.
Wushan TCM / Administrator Tim Vukan warrants that it has the right to provide the Online Course Service and will use all reasonable skill and care in making the Online Course Service available to you and in ensuring its availability. Because of the nature of the internet, errors and omissions do occur and Wushan TCM / Administrator Tim Vukan does not give any other warranties in respect of the Online Course Service.
If Wushan TCM / Administrator Tim Vukan has the reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Wushan TCM website, we may require you to change your password or we may suspend your account.
Wushan TCM / Administrator Tim Vukan reserves the right to close online accounts if any user is seen to be using proxy IPs (Internet Protocol addresses) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts any of our services in any way.
If you use multiple logins for the purpose of disrupting our community or annoying other users on wushantcm.com you may have action taken against all of your accounts.
Wushan TCM / Administrator Tim Vukan does not warrant that functions available on or through the Online Service will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Online Service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to implement sufficient procedures and virus checks (including anti-virus, anti-malware and other security checks) to satisfy your particular requirements for the accuracy of data input and output.
Wushan TCM / Administrator Tim Vukan is continually seeking to improve the Online Course Services. Wushan TCM / Administrator Tim Vukan reserves the right, at its discretion, to make changes to any part of any Online Course Service provided that it does not materially reduce its content or functionality.
SECTION 8 – CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Refunds cannot be made for Online Courses, Live Events, Webinars, Online Consultations or other Digital Online Content. All sales of Online Services are final.
Your access to the Online Course Service may be terminated by written notice if you are in material breach of these terms and the breach is not remedied within the period of 14 days after written notice of the breach has been given to you. If we reasonably believe your breach of these terms affects our lawful operation of the Online Course Service or third party customers, we may suspend your access to the Online Course Service at any time without giving any reason.
SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
