I prefer both. An interactive Online Education is the only way to listen to Lectures about Traditional Chinese Medicine and Lecturing is still the best Educational Method. These will be supported by a Textbook of the Relevant Topic, in order to strengthen the knowledge gained in the Lectures and deepen the knowledge gained. I would also suggest for you to have your Lectures in PDF for further reference and review of knowledge.
