Dr. Nyiam Li Yi (Malaysia), holds a PhD in Chinese Medicine (Clinical Foundations) of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. She has been studying with Professor Lian Jianwei (连建伟教授), Professor Gu Xiaohong (谷晓红教授), Professor Li Zhizhong (李致重教授), Professor Tian Xiuying (田秀英教授) and many more for more than 10 years locally in China. She is the vice chairman of the Malaysian Alumni Association of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. She is currently working at the Beijing Gulou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.
